Shipping: For customers who live "out-of-state" or beyond a reasonable distance from our Lexington, KY location. This usually includes palletizing, banding, and shrink-wrapping merchandise and is handled through common-carrier trucking companies. This is a "curbside" service.
Delivery: Local transportation of goods directly from our warehouse to your residence within a reasonable distance by a local company who personally picks up & delivers your furniture within your house.
For our local customers who prefer delivery service, we will be happy to recommend to you a third party delivery company that will provide you with quality service at an affordable rate. We can even arrange that delivery for you and communicate directly with them if you'd prefer. Due to the nature of our business (national online retail), WE do not deliver, nor offer "Free Delivery". Stores that offer free delivery are merely inflating their prices to ALL of their customers so they can give free delivery to the ones that spend the most. Rather than getting into the delivery business, we focus strictly on selling furniture at the lowest everyday prices we can. This gives our customers the opportunity to save money by transporting merchandise themselves.
All merchandise comes directly to you in the manufacturer's original packaging with warranty, and the delivery service we recommend will deliver your new home furnishings to the room(s) you desire. All you have to do is take them out of the packaging and set them up (note: most items are preassembled from the factory, but some wood chairs, tables,coffee table sets, and TV stands are not preassembled). They may offer full setup and packaging removal for an additional charge. |

We will add the shipping quote to your total after you submit your order online.
The map below can be used to figure how long it will take from the time you place your order until it arrives at your door. These estimated times are for IN-STOCK ITEMS ONLY and are based on business days only. All items are in the original factory-sealed boxes, and we palletize & band all orders to assure minimum possibility of damage to the furniture in transit to you.

We have an amazingly low percentage of damaged items, and we assure you that we will work quickly to replace /repair any items not received in mint condition upon delivery. We have the following Cancellation Policy:
All orders may be cancelled within 24hrs. with no questions asked & no charges. One exception to this rule is if the items purchased are either picked or delivered that same day. Once an item is in your possession, we CANNOT take it back, unless it has a defect/damage. This is true of most every furniture company.
After 48 hours, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We sometimes make special exemptions to this rule, and only charge a 25% restocking fee, but this is done at our discretion. We simply cannot afford to keep our prices as low as they are, and on top of that, absorb the cost of taking merchandise back. Furniture stores that offer this luxury do so by charging everyone higher initial prices. We ask you to help us keep our prices as low as possible by being 100% sure of your purchase before you make it.
**Please note: Because of the nature of Liquidation Sales, items purchased at our Weekend Warehouse sales may be subject to different Cancellation policies than from our online store.
